Rental Procedure

STEP 01
Rental Inquiry and Consultation

  • Room Arrangement Consultation
STEP 02
Rental Application Form Submission
  • Download the Rental Application Form from the website and fill it out.
  • Submit the form along with the Rental Application Form and a copy of Business Registration Certificate.
STEP 03
Receive Quotation and Reply (Contract signing)
  • Quotation and guidance on Rental Contract will be sent.
  • Fill in and sign the Rental Contract and deposit the down payment(20% of the total rental fees)
STEP 04
Pre-event Consultation and Related Documents Submission
  • Discussion on event operation
  • Submission of all related documents
STEP 05
Event Opening and Closing
  • Event program(brochure) submission
STEP 06
Fees Settlement and Tax Invoice Issuance
  • Additional fees settlement(equipment, etc.) and tax invoice issuance

Rental Fees Payment Schedule

Upon contract signing(within 1 week after contracting signing)Settling 20% of the rental fees

※ Notes

  • The rental fees and equipment usage fees must be paid by the specified deadline(via bank transfer, cash deposit, or credit card payment).
  • If an event organizer unilaterally cancels the contract after signing, any payment already made will not be refunded.
  • Equipment must be used in its original condition; changes may be made with prior approval, but it must be restored to its original state afterwards.
  • Attachments can only be made in accordance with the specifications set forth in the Operational Regulations and Policies and at designated locations.
  • No objections can be raised regarding actions taken by the convention center in violation of operational regulations and policies.
  • For other matters not specified above, refer to the ‘Exhibition Hall Operation Regulations and Policies’.
